Boarding Agreement

In keeping your pet with us by way of Boarding, Daycare, Grooming or Training you are agreeing to the following contract.

Rosehill Pet Resort agrees to provide diligent and proper pet care, keep the premises sanitary and properly enclosed and ensure your pet a quality boarding experience to the best of our abilities. Your pet will be fed and watered routinely, provided with sanitation areas and housed in a safe, clean environment.

The services we provide are done so without liability for loss or damage from disease, death, running away, playtime, theft or fire, and from injury or damage done by your pet to people, other animals or property, or other unavoidable causes. Due diligence and care have been exercised. 

Should any pet become ill or need medical attention, we reserve the right to administer aid and to render care by the owner’s designated veterinarian, if available, or by our on-call Rosehill Pet Resort veterinarian. If needed the nearest Emergency Animal Hospital will be utilized. Any expenses incurred, being reasonable in amount, shall be paid promptly by the owner. Rosehill Pet Resort will make every reasonable attempt to contact the owner should your pet require medical attention. 

No pet will be released until all charges are paid in full or other arrangements satisfactory to our pet resort have been made. The client agrees to notify us in advance if there is any change in the pet’s pick-up date. Any pet left uncalled for seven days from the scheduled date of pickup, as noted herein, shall become property of the pet resort and placed for adoption. 

The owner of this pet or his agent agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs incurred by the pet resort in the collection of outstanding bills.

Rosehill Pet Resort is not responsible for the return of any items brought in with your pet. Pet owners are encouraged to bring a T-shirt that smells like home, a toy (no stuffed toys will be accepted), treats and food. State-of-the-art orthopedic beds are provided for each pet along with blankets, towels, bowls and toys. Should the owner choose, food and treats will be provided as well.

Rosehill Pet Resort will administer all medications as provided and instructed by the owner. Rosehill Pet Resort will designate high priority for those pet’s receiving diabetic, seizure and heart medications.

Rosehill Pet Resort will not accept any unneutered male pets who are over 35 pounds and over the age of 1 year old. If this statement becomes true for current clients, proof of neutering will need to be provided by a veterinarian before any continuation of services take place. 

Rosehill Pet Resort requires all clients to provide proof of vaccinations from their veterinarian at a minimum of 24 hours before their arrival. No owner administered vaccinations will be accepted. Bordetella must be administered at least 7 days before boarding. The pet resort has every authority to turn away clients that fail to meet this requirement.
